YF Smoothie Swaps: Part 2

It’s always so easy to down that energy drink for a little boost or grab a store-bought popper in a hurry, but it’s those sneaky cals that can harm your healthy eating streak, and we’re not havin’ it! We’ve put together some super simple guilt-free smoothies that will keep you on track and fuller for longer. Simply blend all the ingredients together, pour into a glass or shaker and enjoy!



If you’re all up in the fitspo scene and always keen to get dem squats on…you'll probs find yourself in the routine of chucking protein powder into some water and downing it without a second thought pre or post workout. Well fam, it don’t always have to be that boring cause we’ve got a tasty alternative that will maximise your workouts! Plus it’s loaded with peanut butter and we know that’s everyone's weakness…


Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

1 small frozen banana, chopped
1 YF Peanut Butter Protein Ball
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup chilled water
30g protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon

We could go on and on about all the harm your doing, but we’d rather show you what’s good and help you curb those habits. Start your day with our Green Energy Booster, filled with vitamin B for energy, the goodness of greens and a dash of lemon to kick start that metabolism!


Green Energy Booster
1 small frozen banana, chopped
1/2 green apple, chopped
1/2 cup celery, shopped
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup chilled water
1/4 avocado, chopped
1 squeeze lemon juice



Always on the go and needing that replenishment without the sugar overload and artificial flavours? We’ve created our very own Homemade Revitaliser, and it trumps the rest! Packed with hydrating coconut water and low carb blueberries, it’s the perfect drink to refuel after you’ve put in the hard yards!


Homemade Revitaliser
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup ice
1/2 lime, juiced
1/3 cup chilled water
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp honey
1 pinch sea salt
