What to eat/when to eat:
Here's a mini daily eating plan incase you need a little extra help. Feel free to mix it up to what suits you!

BREAKFAST
Whip up a brekky smoothie using your Protein Powder.
You’ll find a drool-worthy recipe on the back of your pack, but here are some other HQ faves:

  • Protein + 1/2 cup almond milk + 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup frozen berries + 1/2 cup spinach leaves 
  • Protein + 1/2 cup coconut water + 1/2 cup water + 1 frozen banana + 2 tbsp oats + 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • Protein + 1/2 cup coconut water + 1/2 cup water + 1/4 avocado + 1 cup spinach leaves + 1 tsp honey

LUNCH

  • Youfoodz meal.

SNACK

  • 1 serve of your chosen snack.

DINNER

  • Youfoodz meal.

If you find you’re still a little peckish after all that goodness, snack on some fresh berries (they’re super low in cals) or sliced veggies (carrots, zucchini & celery are winners)!
