Our Hello Summer Meal Plan is perfect to get that Summer booty into gear and have you feeling & looking your best during the warmer months.

This plan excludes breakfasts, so we would suggest starting your day with a YF Protein Shake (available when you select your drinks), some Greek yoghurt, berries & muesli or an omelette. You can also visit our Breakfast Menu and add some brekky to your cart if you'd like us to take care of it for you.

PS. Add some sliced lemon to your drink bottle & sip during the day and enjoy your snacks with peppermint tea to aid digestion.
