Our chefs have turned the classic into clean, by oven baking wild South African cod, topped with a superseed crust of quinoa, chia seeds, sesame seeds and slivered almonds. Cod, you say? Yep, the sweeter of the fish fam with finer flakes and a lovely light flavour! And the chups? Healthy handcut carrot, potato and sweet potato paprika'd wedges that you can dip in our housemade tartare!
