This time, these fluffy gluten free baked cakes are spotted with raspberries, topped with toasted coconut and served with a side of zingy raspberry coulis (fancy word for sauce). We’ve kept your fave honey ricotta of course, and secretly packed in the goods of protein powder to keep you going!

And with that said, we’ve decided that our new motto at Youfoodz is keep calm and eat baked pancakes.
