Are you an existing customer wanting to cancel your YouFoodz subscription?
We’re sorry to hear you’d like to cancel your subscription with YouFoodz. If you change your mind and want to try our latest ready made meals, then get in touch and we’ll be happy to tell you about our latest offers.
Cancelling your subscription is easy. Simply sign into your account and click 'My Menu', then 'change or skip delivery'.
However, if you still want to deactivate your Youfoodz account:
- Sign into your account.
- Click 'Settings' and scroll down to the 'Plan Settings' section. Then click 'Deactivate my plan'.
- Please let us know why you're leaving (we value your feedback to help us improve the Youfoodz offering).
It's as simple as that!
You can cancel your subscription at any time. All changes to your account must be made before your weekly cut-off time. You can find your cut-off information in the ‘My Menu’ section of your account.
