No, we are currently not a certified NDIS meal provider. However, self managed and plan managed participants have the option to choose Youfoodz as their preferred meal supplier through self-service.

No, we do not operate our NDIS meal services on a subscription-based model. Each delivery is a one-off purchase to ensure ease and simplicity when claiming the refund from NDIS.

How does the payment work?

You register with NDIS for approval. When you are approved, you can claim back the meal delivery and preparation costs.

How much do I have to pay out of my own pocket?

While you can claim some of the costs with NDIS, you have to pay 30% of the cost out of pocket. This covers the cost of ingredients.
